We had some bananas that were on the brink of going bad so we decided to make a smoothie for breakfast. As always, it was delicious! Feel free to substitute and add where you see fit, depending on what fruits or veggies you need to finish off. Any time we have too much of something that we won't be able to finish, we make a smoothie.
Berry Yummy Breakfast Smoothie
2 organic bananas (pretty sweet...but they needed to be used)
1 organic apple
1 handful blueberries
1 handful organic spinach
1 squirt organic Flax Oil
1 scoop Alive Whole Food Powder
1/2 c-1 c. milk (we usually alternate between coconut and soy *you could also use water)
Blend. If it's not blending, add a little more liquid.

Talie asked for a "moofy" nearly every morning. I love that I can sneak in veggies and she's none the wiser, or that she is not freaked out by them when she helps me put the spinach in. Yummy!
